Last Updated: 16 January 2026

Service Limitations and Conditions

Primary Diesel provides mobile diesel, heavy equipment, and aerial equipment repair services. This Service Disclaimer explains the limitations and conditions associated with our services.

By requesting or receiving service from Primary Diesel, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

General Service Disclaimer

All repair, diagnostic, maintenance, and inspection services are performed based on the condition of the equipment at the time of service. Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems may contain hidden or pre-existing issues that are not immediately detectable.

Primary Diesel does not guarantee that all problems will be identified or resolved during a single service visit.

Diagnostics Disclaimer

While we use advanced diagnostic software and professional experience, diagnostics are based on available data, fault codes, and observable conditions at the time of inspection.

Some issues may require additional testing, follow-up service, or further disassembly to fully diagnose. Diagnostic results are not a guarantee of repair outcomes or long-term performance.

Repair & Maintenance Disclaimer

Repairs and maintenance are performed to restore functionality based on industry standards and best practices. Due to equipment age, usage history, environmental conditions, or prior repairs, outcomes may vary.

Primary Diesel is not responsible for failures caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper operation

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Delayed or declined recommended repairs

Preventative Maintenance Disclaimer

Preventative maintenance services are designed to reduce the risk of future breakdowns but do not eliminate the possibility of mechanical failure.

Regular maintenance improves reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Annual Inspection Disclaimer

Annual inspections are conducted based on visible and accessible components at the time of inspection. Inspections do not constitute a warranty, certification, or guarantee of future performance or safety beyond the inspection date.

Parts Disclaimer

When parts are supplied or installed, availability and compatibility depend on manufacturer specifications and supply conditions. Primary Diesel does not guarantee the lifespan of parts beyond any applicable manufacturer warranty.

Site Access & Safety Disclaimer

Service is performed on-site based on safe access conditions. Primary Diesel reserves the right to delay, refuse, or stop service if job site conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or non-compliant with safety standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primary Diesel shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to equipment downtime, lost revenue, or operational delays.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate equipment information

  • Ensuring safe access to the job site

  • Authorizing service and repairs

  • Operating equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
